Gathering Your Leadership Story Pre‑Work:

The Trust Foundations Session (90 minutes):

  • Understanding the three dynamics of trust: Self‑trust, trust in others, and being trusted
  • Identifying the internal and external forces shaping your leadership today
  • Establishing your intention for the intensive
  • Space to imagine what trusted leadership looks like for you
  • Mapping your current trust landscape, a deep synthesis of:
    • Strengths and overused strengths: The core capacities you rely on and the skills you intentionally apply to create impact.
    • Values and motivators: Your values, motivations, and internal drivers - the foundation of trusting yourself.
    • Stress patterns and derailers: How you respond when stressed, and the practices that help you stay grounded and recover quickly.
    • Feedback themes over time: your presence, communication, and the ripple effect you create.
    • Purpose & Direction: The goals, aspirations, and commitments that guide your leadership and keep you anchored in uncertainty.

 

Three 1‑Hour Coaching Sessions focused on:

    • Explore the behaviours that build and unintentionally erode trust
    • Identify your personal “trust signatures”
    • Understand how your patterns show up under pressure
    • Practice new micro‑behaviours that shift your presence and impact
