Jennifer is an executive and  leadership coach, team development facilitator and leadership strategist who leverages her 30 years of marketing, media, and advertising experience across Canada and the USA to navigate corporate environments, international stakeholders in supporting leaders and teams in delivering results.

Jennifer’s experience includes having a voice at the executive table as Chief Client Officer for one of the largest media agencies in Canada.

An ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and trained practitioner in the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan Assessments, Thomas Assess and The Five Behaviors, Jennifer blends deep self-awareness tools with practical strategy to support transformational growth. Her approach is grounded in conscious leadership, adult learning design, and a belief that meaningful change starts with courageous reflection and intentional action. Her coachees value her ability to hold space for both vision and vulnerability, and to translate insight into impact.

Beyond her coaching and leadership work, Jennifer serves as a mentor with Influence Mentoring Society, supporting emerging Indigenous professionals through meaningful, cross-cultural connection.

Honouring her lifelong commitment to creativity, Jennifer serves as a board member with the Toronto Modern Quilt Guild, fostering a vibrant and inclusive quilting community. She’s also a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) and SoulCollage® Facilitator, bringing intuitive, expressive practices into her work to inspire reflection, connection, and personal growth through art.
