Jen was my manager for a few years at Starcom and her impact on me went far beyond that. She was a mentor, a sounding board, and someone who truly shaped how I approach both my work and my own growth. Jen created an environment rooted in curiosity and trust. She encouraged trying new things, pushing beyond your comfort zone, and learning along the way (even if it meant failing BUT learning). She held a high bar, but paired that with consistent support, thoughtful feedback, and a real sense of partnership. What always stood out to me was how she approached people and problems. She had a way of asking the right questions, getting to the heart of what actually mattered, and helping you see things more clearly. Both in the work and in yourself. She played a huge role in helping me build confidence in my own abilities. She challenged me to be more self-aware, to trust my instincts, and to take ownership of my growth. At the same time, she created the space for me to lead, figure things out on my own, and develop my own style. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact she’s had on me.

You’re a positive influence, and have created a more structured and accountable leadership team.
Jen’s job is one that requires immediate, short and long term solutions – and each solution needs significant alignment to activate. Im amazed by the volume of solutions Jen brings to the table.
